Teen Leadership Programs

Beber's Teen Leadership Programs is the best around. Our teenagers who apply and are accepted into the program receive high quality training and hands-on experience in leadership and counselor skills. Our Leadership Program is a two year progressive program beginning with the Pioneers program for campers finishing 10th grade. The CIT program is for campers finishing 11th grade. The two years correspond to different levels of the program as illustrated below. The programs are distinguished by requirements, responsibilities, and rights associated with each program. The purpose of the leadership development program is to help older youth become amazing counselors, realize their leadership potential, and develop a sense of social responsibility.
